1.04.05- Team Leaders left for 4 day training conference in Austin Texas

1.12.05- All UT Classes begin

1.13.05- Assembly has been finished on the PXI Chassis Cabinet (Thanks to National Instruments for supplying the equipment). 

1.13.05- Senior Capstone Design, ME 469, Challenge X Hybrid Electric vehicle design has begun.

1.14.05- Website updated!  Check out the Challenge X page

1.20.05- Team Leader, John, spoke at the Boy Scouts meeting of Scout Masters to inform them of field trip idea for their troops.

2.4.05- Institute of Institute of Industrial Engineers conference

2.18 &19.05- Challenge X team members set up a table at the Southeast Student Renewable Energy Conference, Friday from 4-6pm and Saturday from 3-5pm.  Pictures from the event will be up soon!

2.23.05- Beacon reporter, Ben Cannon, came to the APCSI labs to learn more about the Challenge X competition.  Story will be posted under Challenge X Outreach Activities soon.

3.29.05- Parents and Boy Scouts from Troop 15 came toured the APCSI Facility.  They learned about hybrid-electric vehicles and the Challenge X Competition.  They also had a great time playing with the Future Truck's PlayStation 2.  Pictures of the Scouts will be up soon.  

4.13.05- Randy Kenner from the Knoxville News Sentinel took a mini-tour of the lab to learn about Challenge X.  Also, the Boy Scout pictures are posted- click here to see them.
